His degree in primary education also means he’s equipped with the rare ability to impart knowledge with patience and empathy in a way others can easily absorb and understand.

David ‘gets’ people. He knows what makes them tick and connects with both tenants and home owners on a personal level. He’s intrinsically motivated to help others and won’t quit until he’s exhausted every avenue to exceed clients’ expectations.

These qualities have seen David increasingly take on greater responsibilities in the Archer offices since starting with us in 2022. While this has given him professional satisfaction, he says the thing that gives him the biggest buzz is working with clients to find a place they can call home and seeing the joy that brings them.
